To learn more, visit clutch.Ca.About The RoleLicensed Automotive Service Technician – Clutch is looking for a licensed automotive mechanic to join our team! A $3,000 signing bonus will be paid after the 3‐month probationary period. We're looking for all‐star licensed automotive mechanic talent to help ensure that all of our vehicles are up to our high mechanical standards. Working alongside our reconditioning team, you will perform vehicle inspections, maintenance work,



and repairs across a range of systems.What You'll DoPerform Clutch standardized vehicle inspections (stationary and road tests)Diagnose and assess vehicle issues and damagePerform Ontario Provincial Safety InspectionsMake recommendations about vehicle repairs and the best course of actionPerform repairs and preventative maintenance such as oil changes, suspension and brake jobsCreate and maintain documentation of repairs, inspections, and estimatesEnsure vehicles meet Clutch's mechanical and safety standardsCommunicate vehicle status, repair needs, and completion timelinesUse diagnostic tools and shop systems (e.G., Google Drive, Slack)Contribute to continuous improvement of mechanical proceduresMetrics/measurement of success include inspection thoroughness, repair quality, safety compliance, turnaround time, and documentation accuracyWhat We're Looking For310s Red Seal or equivalent certification or trainingExperience working with a variety of car brands (domestic, import & European)Team player above all elseStrong attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize competing demandsDesire to learn new skillsComfortable using technology (Google Drive, Slack, etc.)Valid Driver's License with a clean driver's abstractAble to commit to a full‐time schedule of 40 hours per week,
