The RolePhasor Engineering is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our growing team in Calgary, Alberta. Reporting to the Project Management Office, this position is responsible for leading the successful delivery of Transmission Line and Substation engineering projects from initiation through completion.Working closely with clients and multidisciplinary engineering teams, the Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, quality, and client communication. This role is ideal for an experienced project leader who thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment and is passionate about delivering complex utility infrastructure projects.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of Transmission Line and Substation engineering projectsDevelop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registersManage project scope, schedule, budget, and overall financial performance throughout the project lifecycleAct as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and project updatesCoordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, drafting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and field servicesMonitor project milestones and proactively identify and mitigate risks or scheduling conflictsFacilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, distribute meeting minutes, and ensure action items are completedCoordinate project documentation, technical deliverables, document control, change management,
