Requirements:
• Hold a J.D. or LL.B. with Canadian Bar admission
• Solid experience in public company regulations
• Background in mergers, acquisitions, and investments
• Solid judgment focused on business-driven legal solutions
• Organized with a proactive, accountability-driven mindset
