Every Service Call Solves a Different Problem

A leaking pipe, a backed-up drain, a faulty shut-off valve, or a fixture that needs to be replaced, every appointment is different, but the goal is always the same: solve the problem efficiently while protecting the property from further damage.

Bridgepoint Maintenance is growing its residential field service team and is looking for experienced Plumbers who can work independently, communicate professionally, and deliver quality workmanship on every service call.

The Technician We’re Looking For

We’re Looking For Someone Who

- Has at least 5 years of paid plumbing experience
- Can diagnose and complete plumbing service calls independently
- Has robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Understands how to protect homes from water damage while completing repairs
- Knows when work falls outside their approved scope and should be escalatedCommunicates professionally with customers and our operations team

You Will Also Need





- Your own reliable vehicle
- Your own plumbing tools, equipment, and common service supplies
- A smartphone capable of using GPS, mobile work apps, taking photos, and submitting digital job updates
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable attendance and strong organizational skills

Experience That Will Stand Out

Preference May Be Given To Plumbers With Experience In

- Residential plumbing service calls
- Leak detection and repair
- Fixture replacement
- Drain and sewer service
- Water heater installations and repairs
- Renovation or rough-in plumbing
- Preventative plumbing maintenance

Assignments are matched to each plumber’s verified qualifications, legal work authority, and approved scope of work.

Compensation & What You’ll Receive

Compensation is based on experience, verified qualifications, approved scope of work, and the type of service appointments completed.
