This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards, all while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.What You'll DoLead projects through all phases - planning, procurement, execution, and close‐outIntegrate and champion Chandos systems: Production System, Project Execution Plan, Quality Management, and Health & SafetySupport estimating during tenders and oversee the sub‐trade buy‐out processFinalize contracts, optimize purchasing strategies, and manage procurement activitiesDevelop and track detailed project schedules, budgets, and forecastsOversee subcontractor coordination, RFIs, invoices, change orders, and documentationEnsure quality standards and safe work practices are upheld on siteBuild solid client relationships and act as the main point of contact for stakeholdersLead, coach, and support project teams while fostering collaboration and accountabilityMonitor progress, identify risks,



and implement effective contingency plansConduct project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future performanceQualificationsMust have proven experience managing commercial or institutional construction projects from start to finish with 5 or more years of direct work experience in a project role for a mid‐size to large general contractor (GC)Must have experience managing the project from ground upYou possess a post‐secondary degree/diploma in engineering or construction management or related discipline (equivalent of education and experience may be considered)Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgets, scheduling, and cost controlExcellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholdersAbility to think critically, solve problems, and drive results in a fast‐paced environmentA collaborative mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfactionAre versatile in your ability to travel to sites on occasionBenefits100% employee ownershipCompetitive wagesWell‐rounded employer‐paid benefits program including health, dental, vision care and employee assistance programRRSP matching program to aid and prepare employees for long‐term financial securityEducational assistance for employees who wish to pursue job‐performance enhancing educationRecognition and annual salary reviews programLeadership conferences that allow employees to connect and collaborateRegular company‐wide engagement opportunitiesCompensationExpected salary range: $110,000‐$160,000.
