If you can provide our guests with an amazing experience, combined with working as an energetic part of our resort, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities include: (but not limited to)Greeting every guest with a smile and friendly commentProviding physical assistance to guests loading or unloading from various lifts, including Chairlifts, T-bars, Handle Tows.Performing all Safety Check required by BC Authorities regarding Passenger Ropeways operations before opening.Listening to and assisting guests; seeking additional information from lead hand or supervisor in order to answer guest inquiriesNotifying lead hand or supervisor in the event of unsafe, unusual, abnormal situations or incidentsPreparing and completing documentation required by BC Safety AuthorityControlling line-ups by directing guests to appropriate queuesContinually shoveling snow from load/unload ramps, raking and grooming rampsShoveling snow around the resort as neededAssisting transport with manual labor tasks; digging in winter signageKeeping lift stations clear of snow and ice,



and keeping lift huts, tools and loading/unloading areas clear of clutterProviding lift passengers with dry, de-iced seats and maintaining them during periods of precipitationOther Duties as assignedThis is a Seasonal Position, so you must be able to commit to the role for the full Winter Season (November-April).
