Ideal Siding is seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and support a growing team of approximately 35 employees.
This position is a two-year fixed-term contract to provide maternity leave coverage, with strong potential for a permanent chance. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll oversee the full employee lifecycle and partner with leaders to build scalable HR processes and a positive workplace.
