Connor, Clark & Lunn Investment Management ("CC&L"), an affiliate of the Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, is looking for a Senior Buy Side Equity Analyst to join our Vancouver-based Fundamental Canadian Equity Team.You will work closely with the Portfolio Managers as part of the security selection and portfolio construction process. CC&L's Fundamental Equity Team is comprised of industry veterans and research analysts who manage over $18 billion in fundamental Canadian equity mandates. This is a fantastic prospect to contribute to, as well as learn and grow with, one of Canada's leading investment management teams.What You Will DoWork closely with the Portfolio Managers to research companies and make investment decisions for Canadian equity portfoliosProvide research and analysis of Canadian equitiesConsolidate and analyze information from company financial statements, industry conferences and company presentations, analysts, and company management teamsBuild and maintain financial modelsPresent stock recommendations to the Portfolio ManagersWhat You Bring3 to 7 years of experience in an equity analyst role, ideally on the sell-side,



buy-side or in investment bankingCollaborative and team-oriented approach to working with othersDemonstrated ability to understand financial statementsStrong analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to consolidate and focus a large amount of data into succinct written and verbal communicationsConfidence and comfort in expressing opinions and making decisionsComfortable with both a collaborative and debate-driven approach to communicationA growth mindset; proven ability to bounce back and learn from mistakesUndergraduate degree focusing on financeCompletion of the CFA designation is preferredCommitment to live in Vancouver for the long‐termThe base salary range is $125,000 – 200,000 annually plus a competitive performance bonus.
