This is a shared practice of 700 patients, with another lovely physician who just returned from maternity leave as well. Build from the ground up by a recent grad who was a resident at our clinic, this panel is well managed and patients are well cared for. We are transitioning to LFP this fall and currently pay 750 per session, 4 patients an hour for 3 hours, and expect approx 1 hour of indirect time as well.
