Work with the Development Lead to design and develop full stack solutions to meet changing business needs2. Design and document technical components to implement business functions and integrate GenAI tools where applicable3. Ensure application components align with architecture standards and meet quality goals including performance and scalability4. Document technical requirements in compliance with corporate I&T directions and industry best practices5. Perform data modeling based on business requirements and processes6. Provide expert advice on technical feasibility and GenAI-assisted development approaches7. Review and integrate all application requirements including functional, security, performance, integration, and operations8. Identify risks, issues, and constraints associated with solutions and designs9. Assist in re-engineering, enhancement, or replacement of business rules and technologies using AI-assisted insights10. Ensure delivered mission-critical systems are high performing, secure, and scalable11. Design and implement fault-tolerant and highly available microservices-based systems12. Participate in daily Agile SCRUM meetings13. Promote DevOps and CI/CD best practices14. Champion Git workflow and administer Git repositories including GitHub Copilot integration15. Maintain Jenkins build environments and related pipelines16. Investigate and recommend cloud migration strategies17. Update JIRA tasks in a timely manner18. Contribute to and review user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios19. Develop frontend, backend, and data access logic including AI-assisted code generation20. Implement unit tests and automated testing using Angular/React, Java, and Copilot where applicable21. Participate in peer code and documentation reviews22. Contribute to retrospectives and provide feedback to improve development processes23. Share knowledge and lessons learned regularly to support team development24. Coach and mentor team members in both traditional and AI-assisteddevelopment practices25. Transition support to maintenance groups26.
