A growing real estate owner/operator is seeking an Asset Manager to join its Vancouver-based team and help oversee a portfolio of retail assets across Western Canada.This opportunity is ideal for a real estate professional with a background in Asset Management, Property Management, or Retail Leasing who is looking to broaden their exposure and take on greater responsibility within a growing organization. The role offers a unique blend of asset management, leasing strategy, operations oversight, and capital project involvement.The RoleReporting to the VP, Asset Management, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, property management teams, brokers, and tenants to maximize portfolio performance and execute asset-level business plans.This is a hands‐on role that combines strategic thinking with day-to-day execution and offers meaningful exposure to senior leadership.You Will Be Responsible ForManaging the performance of a portfolio of retail assetsDriving asset-level business plans and value creation initiativesSupporting leasing strategy, tenant retention efforts, and lease negotiationsWorking closely with third‐party brokers and property management teamsParticipating in annual budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning processesMonitoring asset performance and identifying operational improvement opportunitiesAssisting with redevelopment initiatives, capital projects, and tenant relocationsBuilding strong relationships with tenants, consultants,
