Requirements: • 3-5+ years in collections strategy or management • Familiarity with the collections lifecycle and recovery processes • Hands-on experience in developing customer engagement techniques • Proficient in analytics and financial modeling; SQL knowledge is beneficial • Understanding of Canadian regulations regarding debt
