Reporting to the President & CEO, the Director of Project Management will oversee the execution of PowerON's $500 million pipeline of major electrical projects. A key player on PowerON's leadership team, the Director is responsible for a large team of project managers and project controls professionals.RESPONSIBILITIESLead the development and execution of PowerON's electrification portfolio throughout all project life cycle phases including front‐end planning, execution and project controlsApply a customer focused approach to develop and execute charging solutions on time and on budgetManage a team developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersCoordinate and manage internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projectsPlan resource availability and allocationEnsure that all projects are delivered safely, on‐time, within budget and with qualityDevelop detailed project management plans and reporting tools to track progressEnsure compliance with commercial and project management frameworkImplement project controls processes to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs in accordance with project management industry best practicesMeasure project performance using appropriate systems,
