This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating patient care such as scheduling appointments, referrals, billing, and ordering office supplies.RequirementsPost Secondary school diploma or education in medical office or business administrationAdministrative experience within a healthcare settingProficient computer skills, including internet research skills and experience working with an EMR,



with knowledge of PS Suites required and OCEAN preferredSkills/AbilitiesAn understanding of the Ministry of Health & Family Health Team philosophyAbility to work with diverse communities with respect, sensitivity, creativity, innovation, cultural understanding and non-judgementExcellent interpersonal skills and experience working with a teamWell-developed communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience using VoIP telephone and fax systemsAbility to coordinate and communicate information and documentation for various meetings and events, as well as minute-taking skillsAbility to work in a demanding environment while maintaining confidentiality and integrityInjection administration training will be provided if the individual has not yet developed this skillExcellent critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate and respond to the administrative needs of the health care teamJob Type: 37.5 hours per weekHourly Rate: $20 per hourApplication deadline: July 7, 2026 at 4:00 PM. #J-18808-Ljbffr
