Main Deliverables

- Support a large-scale Microsoft 365 tenant migration and integration program.
- Maintain day-to-day systems infrastructure operations and support services.
- Execute tenant-to-tenant migration activities across Microsoft 365 workloads.
- Build and configure Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.

Requirements

- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in systems infrastructure and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Robust experience administering Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Hands-on experience using ShareGate or equivalent migration tools.
- Experience performing mailbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, and collaboration platform migrations.




- Experience building, deploying, and configuring Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments and cloud-based services.
- Ability to balance operational support activities with project-based migration work.

Responsibilities

- Provide operational support for Microsoft 365 and infrastructure-related incidents, requests, and service tickets.
- Support Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online configuration, communications setup, and migration cutover activities.
- Perform mailbox, OneDrive, and email data migration tasks using ShareGate or comparable tools.
- Execute SharePoint Online migrations, site provisioning, and post-migration support activities.
- Build, configure, and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
- Support cloud infrastructure and collaboration platform initiatives associated with tenant integration projects.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to deliver migration and operational objectives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, migration procedures, and configuration records.
