You will play an important role in client preparation, treatment support, monitoring, and recovery while contributing to a positive, professional, and trauma-informed client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare treatment rooms, equipment, and client documentation prior to appointmentsComplete client intake tasks including consent confirmation, baseline vitals, and review of relevant medical informationProvide trauma-informed support to clients before, during, and after treatment sessionsAssist with treatment administration and monitor clients throughout sessions in accordance with scope of practiceMonitor and document client vitals, responses, and treatment tolerance, escalating concerns appropriatelySupport clients experiencing distress, anxiety, or dissociation during treatmentProvide post-treatment care, recovery support, and protected discharge planningMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the EMRMaintain clinic cleanliness, equipment readiness, and adherence to safety and medication storage protocolsCollaborate with clinicians,
