and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times; Coach team membersto further enhance their safety responsibility and performance.Foster and maintain positive client and Clean Harbors operational relationships.Boots on the ground, in the field in all weather conditions - 85% in the fieldAudit performance and compliance with Health & Safety policies, programs, and procedures.Conduct incident investigations.Conduct safety meetings on topics designed to promote a better understanding of company Health & Safety policies, programs, procedures, or general Health & SafetyConduct site inspections and audits to assure compliance with Corporate Health & Safety policies, programs, procedures and guidelines, and proper work practices needed to maintain a safe and healthy operation and work site.QualificationsMinimum of 3-5 years Health and Safety experience within an industrial settingOH&S certification is an asset.Class 5 driver's license is required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Able to pursue certification in at least one of the following disciplines: Safety Professional (CRSP/CSP), Industrial Hygienist (CIH).Excellent knowledge of Federal and provincials safety and health regulations; Shall also be experienced with jurisdictional Occupational Safety and Health Legislation,
