Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in high-risk cancer assessment clinics
• Perform patient histories and clinical assessments
• Assist in triaging new patients and care coordination
• Provide patient education on risk reduction and prevention
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in electronic records
Requirements:
• Certified by NCCPA or eligible for PACCC certification
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
• Experience working in a team-oriented care environment
