This is a group practice, with another Family Physician. The clinic is fully integrated onto the MedAccess EMR system. Small, friendly team located on the outskirts of the city. Halfway between Windsor and Halifax. There is a pharmacy co-located in the building.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Examine patients and take their histories, order diagnostic tests and laboratory procedures; Advise patientson health care, health promotion, and disease preventionConsultation and referral to other medical practitionersAct as a patient's advocatePrescribe and administer medications and treatments, inoculations and vaccinationsReport births, deaths, contagious and other diseases as per Nova Scotia Public Health requirementsMount Uniacke is anunincorporated community in Hants County, Nova Scotia Canada.
