Proficiency in SAP Business One is essential.Objectives of this RoleLead, coach, and develop a high‐performing accounting team of 3–4 staffProvide comprehensive financial updates to senior leadership through analysis and reporting of key data pointsSupport strategic decision‐making in collaboration with the VP of Finance and OperationsGuide and maintain robust financial controls and reporting standards across international operationsImprove budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to support scalable growthOversee Canadian tax compliance and international financial transactionsOptimize SAP Business One for reporting, accuracy, and efficiencyDevelop and maintain sales and operational performance analysisKey ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and financial reporting systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and international regulationsMonitor and report on financial health, performance trends,
