Our Mississauga client is need of a JDE Lead for a permanent position. This role is 5 days onsite in Missisauga.This role owns the functional delivery of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne across Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain Planning. You'll sit at the intersection of business and IT — translating operational needs into system solutions, leading a blended onshore/offshore team, and driving continuous improvement across the platform.ResponsibilitiesLead support and enhancements for JDE E1 non-finance modules, ensuring high-quality, responsive serviceManage and develop a functional team (onshore/offshore), balancing workload and maintaining process disciplineServe as the primary bridge between business users and IT/IS teamsIdentify and implement opportunities to streamline business processes through better use of existing or enhanced system capabilitiesOwn requirements definition, functional specs, configuration, testing, user documentation,
