OverviewCapgemini Canada is seeking a Data & AI Market Leader based in Vancouver. The role serves as the vital link between business needs and technological innovation, leveraging diverse emerging solutions to deliver practical, value-driven outcomes for clients in the Energy & Utilities Sector. The incumbent will lead the successful growth of AI, data & analytics solutions within Western Canada and build AI & data capabilities to address the needs of new and existing clients. The role requires a strategic thinker who can communicate how Data & AI can be effectively leveraged to deliver business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesGo-To-Market: Define and execute the Data & AI Go to Market Strategy, ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives and business goals. Accountable for GTM and Value Creation activities in Western Canada. Partner with industry leaders to develop PoVs that demonstrate Capgemini's AI, Data & Analytics capabilities. Collaborate with business development to create tailored data & AI value propositions for enterprise clients across western Canada.Strategy & Thought Leadership: Inspire and educate clients and internal teams about the latest trends and innovations in data & AI technologies (Databricks, Azure, OpenAI, Mistral, etc.), positioning Capgemini as a market leader. Build and maintain strategic relationships with technology partners and key stakeholders. Advance the Capgemini data & AI brand in Western Canada through curated media and public speaking opportunities. Build and nurture trusted relationships with key enterprise clients, serving as a strategic advisor in their AI transformation journey. Help clients unlock the full potential of AI investments with actionable insights and strategies. Mentor, coach, and develop a growing team of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Architects & Data Analysts.
