Under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager, you will perform critical daily maintenance tasks that help maintain the structural integrity and comfort of the facility. Your responsibilities will include plumbing repairs, minor electrical work, HVAC troubleshooting, and more. A proactive and organized approach will ensure you meet all tasks efficiently while contributing to a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage plumbing leaks and resolve stoppages
• Conduct lighting repairs as needed
• Troubleshoot minor electrical and HVAC issues




• Perform structural repairs, including carpentry tasks
• Assist with furniture assembly and repairs
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of building maintenance background
