as well as management reports for the parent companyLead, motivate, and develop the accounting team by fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvementAct as a business partner to management by providing meaningful financial analyses and recommendations to support decision‐makingEnsure compliance with IFRS accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and the effectiveness of the internal control frameworkCoordinate external audit activities and ensure the quality and compliance of audit and assurance documentationOversee the organization's ongoing tax obligations (sales taxes, government remittances, and tax compliance) and serve as the primary point of contact with external advisorsBe responsible for short‐, medium‐, and long‐term cash‐flow forecastingLead the optimization, automation, and standardization of financial processes to improve operational efficiency and the quality of financial informationContribute to the evolution of the firm's financial structure and implement the processes, tools, and controls required to support its growthPlay a key role in the preparation of the annual budget, financial forecasts, and organizational performance analysesEnsure the consistency, relevance, and quality of financial analyses produced across the organizationManage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, vendors, government authorities, and other strategic partnersContribute to the preparation of financial presentations and reports for senior management, the executive committee, and the Board of DirectorsLead or contribute to strategic projects and financial transformation initiatives that support the firm's business objectivesOversee the governance of financial and accounting systems by ensuring data integrity, process reliability, access management,



and the ongoing enhancement of tools supporting financial operationsRequirements And SkillsCPA designation requiredA minimum of 5 years of significant experience in a Controller role or a similar positionFull professional proficiency in both French and English, written and spokenExperience in a professional services environment is considered an assetProven experience leading and developing teams, with a collaborative and empowering leadership styleKnowledge of Dynamics 365 and IBM Analytics is considered an assetStrong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and a keen interest in leveraging artificial intelligence in the workplaceAbility to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environmentStrong sense of autonomy and resourcefulnessHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to tailor communications to different audiencesStrong problem‐solving skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlinesVersatility and flexibility.We are looking for a standout candidate who will bring strategic expertise to support ROBIC's continued growth and evolution.
