Make a difference as a Child and Youth Worker in the Intensive Services Program at NEOFACS in Timmins. Support the development of life and social skills for youth aged 8-18 in a community-based setting.
In this full-time role, you will deliver direct care and intervention for children and youth within a structured program. Your responsibilities will include monitoring activities, maintaining records, and performing safety checks. A strong focus on interpersonal skill development and teamwork is essential to support our clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care and support to youth in the program
• Facilitate skill development activities for clients
• Maintain records, logs, and inventories as needed




• Conduct safety and security checks in facilities
• Participate in community-based activities with youth
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Social Services or related field
• Adaptable availability, including evenings and overnights
• Experience with children and families preferred
• Bilingual in English and French required
• Valid G2 driver’s license and access to a vehicle
