This new role of Fixed Operations Manager is meant to bring the Parts and Service Departments together under unified leadership. The successful candidate will lead a large, multidisciplinary team and have the autonomy to improve processes, make informed decisions, and positively influence the experience of both customers and employees.About Fixed OperationsFixed Operations encompasses Wayne Toyota's Service, Parts, and Collision operations. These interconnected departments contribute directly to the dealership's financial performance, customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.About the RoleReporting to the General Manager, the Fixed Operations Manager is a key member of the Leadership Team, responsible for overseeing the Service, Parts, and Collision departments. This role leads operational performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, and compliance, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipLead Service, Parts, and Collision operations, ensuring solid performance and collaboration across departments.Drive profitability, operational efficiency, and compliance with Toyota standards and warranty requirements.Leverage systems, technology,
and key manufacturer relationships to enhance workflows and results.Customer ExperienceChampion a customer-first culture across all Fixed Operations functions.Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, retention, and service quality.Resolve escalated concerns and turn challenges into positive customer outcomes.People & Culture LeadershipProvide strong leadership to a large, multidisciplinary team while staying connected to daily operations.Foster collaboration, accountability, and clear communication across departments.Support employee development through coaching, consistent performance management, and ongoing learning opportunities.QualificationsProven leadership experience within automotive Fixed Operations or a similarly complex, service-focused environmentStrong business and operational management skills, including budgeting, profitability, and performance oversightDemonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering accountabilityExcellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in dealership technology and automation toolsA willingness to relocate to or reside in Thunder BayNADA certification is considered a strong assetApplication deadline: August 21, 2026Compensation Salary: $140,000 to $160,000AI will not be used in the candidate screening process.This is a new position.We are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members by providing the training, tools, and resources needed to build skills and advance professionally.
