Island Health's Department of Medical Imaging in Duncan is seeking a full-time Radiologist for Cowichan District Hospital (CDH). With a new hospital scheduled to open in 2027 and planned expansion of radiologic services, this position offers a unique prospect to contribute to the design and optimization of a modern hospital and imaging department.The successful candidate will join a collegial group of 7 radiologists within a supportive medical community and enjoy a high-quality lifestyle on Vancouver Island.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive radiology services including: CT, Ultrasound, MRI, Mammography, Fluoroscopy, Bone Mineral Densitometry (BMD), Basic interventional proceduresParticipate in the growth and development of imaging services in anticipation of the new hospital openingCollaborate effectively within a small group practiceContribute to administrative responsibilities and support future leadership within the groupMaintain flexibility in workload, supporting both lifestyle balance and service needsParticipate in additional training as required, including: CT Cardiac Coronary Angiography,
