Systematix is currently seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM/BA) for our client, a major provincial utility organization, to support the delivery of cybersecurity and infrastructure-focused initiatives within a regulated enterprise setting.ABOUT THE PROJECTSystematix is supporting a major provincial utility organization undertaking initiatives within Enterprise Security & Architecture, focused on delivering small to medium-sized cybersecurity and infrastructure projects.ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIESLead end-to-end delivery of small to medium-sized cybersecurity and infrastructure projectsDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverablesPerform business analysis activities including requirements elicitation and documentationFacilitate stakeholder workshops and gather business and technical requirementsConduct business process modeling and gap analysisManage project scope, risks, issues, and change control processesSupport procurement, cost management, and quality assurance activitiesCoordinate cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and business stakeholdersDevelop test plans, support UAT, and ensure traceability of requirementsMaintain project documentation including plans, logs, and reporting artifactsProvide regular status updates and communications to stakeholders and program teamsSupport integration management and ensure alignment with enterprise security objectivesREQUIREMENTSMust-have:7-10+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Business AnalysisProven experience delivering IT, security,
