The Project Manager will prepare project status reports and work to ensure the execution of the project adheres to contract plans and specifications which yield optimal profit levels while maintaining value added services to the clients and consultants. Performs other related work as may be required.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop the project requirements, cost estimates, project plan and budgetNegotiation and awarding of contractsSelect key personnel and subcontractors for the projectMonitor, control and report on progress, costs, and budget throughout the projectMaintain good working relationships and communications between owners, contractors, sub-trades, and project staffResolve disputes, negotiate change orders, and communicate decisions to owners, sub-contractors, and management personnelProvide work direction and coaching to assigned field engineering and project staffDevelop long range goals both personally and for support staffProvides performance feedback to project staff and/or sub-tradesWorks to identify Project Coordinator training needsAssist management team to develop project tracking systems and criteria to benchmark and measure project performance (quality,
