Type of position: RegularYour future role on our teamAs a Strategic Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, you'll help develop frameworks, tools and assessment methodologies within the Leadership, Culture and Change consulting practice. Working closely with the Senior Advisor, Organizational Effectiveness and other BBA teams, you'll help strengthen internal capabilities, intellectual property and consulting approaches.As a trusted advisor, you'll support clients in clarifying purpose and vision, enhancing internal alignment, leveraging people, culture and organizational data, and translating insights into actionable strategies and culture transformation roadmaps. Through strategic thinking, systems insight, human-centered consulting and data analytics, you'll help drive organizational effectiveness and sustainable change.With us, you'll get the prospect toDe sign and conduct system-level assessments of client organizations: structure, culture, leadership, stakeholder ecosystemCollect and analyze quantitative data (engagement metrics, stakeholder surveys, HR analytics) and qualitative data (interviews, focus groups, ethnographic input) to identify patterns, root causes, risks and opportunitiesDevelop visualizations and insight narratives that reveal interdependencies and leverage points, producing integrated diagnostic reportsCo-facilitate leadership workshops and sense-making sessions to enable alignment, decision making and strategic priorities definition for leadership teams and departmentsManage group dynamics and team conversations, ensuring psychological safety and inclusivenessSupport workshop and session designs, using models, frameworks and processes grounded in adult learning and systems thinkingAdvise on and facilitate leadership, team effectiveness and culture change or readiness initiatives, grounded in analytics from organizational values assessments, culture surveys and othersTranslate culture strategy into a coherent roadmap: strategic objectives, capability development, culture alignment and performance metricsHelp design and support clients in implementing strategic and cultural change, using analytics to monitor progress, feedback loops and adaptationAdvise on how to embed continuous improvement, adaptive strategy refresh and human-systems resilience into the organizational operating modelContribute to the firm's consulting methodology development: frameworks, tools, dashboards, KPIs, templates,



visualization techniques and roadmapsAssess and evaluate continuous improvement approaches and execution strategies to enhance program and project impactProvide thought leadership and contribute to proposals, white papers and internal capability-building while remaining abreast of emerging trends in organizational behaviour, systems thinking, culture readiness and change management best practicesDo your qualities and values match our corporate culture?Advanced facilitation capabilitySystems thinking and ability to diagnose complex human and organizational dynamicsStrong communication, storytelling and executive presenceConsulting discipline: problem framing, insight synthesis and recommendation designAbility to design and implement organizational system and leadership solutionsCredibility with senior leaders and cross-functional teamsExperience in the consulting industry and/or with corporate rolesEntrepreneurial spiritInspirational leadershipWillingness to work together while having funSense of equity and inclusionCaring mindset that puts people firstRigorous and ethicalSummary Of Certifications And Job RequirementsBachelor's degree (master's preferred) in organizational psychology, business administration, human systems interventionFrom 6 to 8 years of consulting or relevant leadership/organizational experience, ideally in human systems, strategy, culture, data analytics or organizational changeStrong ability in systems thinking: mapping complex human-organizational systems and teasing out interdependenciesProficiency in data analytics: working with quantitative data, dashboards and computing insights from data setsExcellent facilitation, dialogue and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong communication, storytelling with data, visualisation and insight translation skillsChange management capability: helping organizations design and embed changeCertification in leadership assessments (e.G., DiSC, EQ-i, Hogan, LCP)Experience with change management and organizational design conceptsAdvanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily,
