BEL Contracting is looking for Skilled Civil Construction Laborers to join our team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform general labor duties on civil construction sites including digging, grading, raking, and shovelingAssist with installation of underground utilities (water, sewer, storm)Support pipe crews with alignment, bedding, and backfillingLoad, unload, and move construction materials and equipmentOperate small tools and equipment (plate tampers, cut‐off saws, jackhammers, etc.)Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow directions from supervisors, foremen, and lead handsAssist with traffic control and site safety setup as requiredParticipate in daily toolbox talks and adhere to all company safety policiesQualifications & RequirementsPrevious experience in civil construction or general labor (preferred but not required)Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting, repetitive tasks, and working in all weather conditionsStrong work ethic, reliability,

The position will earn Union wages and have access to extended Union healthcare and benefits, a Union‐sponsored pension plan, and additional training through the Training Plan.
