This experienced individual will act as a technical consultant to partner with the Client team driving the deployment and adoption of xMatters software. Our Technical Account Management engagements encompass a blend of technical implementation and strategic, consultative assistance, helping clients identify and realize value from xMatters products.What you'll do:Develop technical and business subject matter expertise in xMatters use cases and productsLead clients through requirements and business value mapping exercises, facilitating workshops,etc.Develop insights, observations and meaningful conclusions to help solve client businessproblemsFulfills Technical Account Management activities for customers of xMatters, post-sale, bysupporting many facets of the customer journey, including client management, productadoption, process improvement, configuration assistance,
and knowledge transfer activitiesManages client expectations and scope of activitiesOversight assistance to client administrators to best meets the customer's needsSupport minor integration development updatesAssists in the scoping of activities and effort for Consulting engagementsIdentifies areas of improvement for xMatters and is proactive in building the solutionsCommunicates regularly with customers and our account management team throughout theengagement resulting in effective relationshipsWhat you'll bring:3+ years in professional services/software consulting and implementation3+ years managing projects, client relationships, technical account management or similar experienceExcellent verbal & written communication for both technical and business content at all levels within an organizationProven expertise in developing and deploying technical solutionsStrong decision-making capabilities and judgment when presented with incomplete informationor conflicting data pointsStrong project planning and organizational skillsStrong problem solving & analysis skills (i.E. the ability to translate client requirements &objectives into a technical solution)Ability to work independently with a high degree of integrity and accountabilityExperience in DevOps, ITIL, IT Service Management a plusSolid understanding of Incident Management processes, especially Major IncidentManagementUnderstanding of Event Management/Observability processesUnderstanding of collaboration tool integration and processesTechnical experience in the following:Agile deployment processesExperience working in SaaS/cloud environmentsREST Web ServicesJava/JavaScriptXMLData transformation / ETLExperience within Unix and Windows environmentsThe reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $100,000 - $130,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
