and resources required to carry out planned workDevelop and maintain inventory control procedures and ensure the optimization of stock levels and warehousing operationsDevelop, implement, and monitor departmental performance indicatorsPromote best practices in occupational health and safety and support teams in achieving operational objectivesParticipate in the continuous improvement of processes, work methods, and departmental performanceAct as a resource person during emergency situations and coordinate required interventionsProfile SoughtCollege diploma in a field related to construction, building management, engineering, or any other relevant disciplineA minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including at least three (3) years in a management or supervisory positionAdditional relevant experience may compensate for the absence of a diplomaSignificant experience in building maintenance operations managementExperience in inventory management, procurement, or logistics (an asset)SkillsExcellent organizational, planning, and priority management skillsAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple files simultaneouslyStrong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to mobilize teams in a multicultural environmentAnalytical skills and sound decision-makingGood knowledge of computer tools and management systemsFluency in at least two of the following languages: French, English, and InuktitutExperience living in NunavikWorking in Nunavik means discovering vast and breathtaking northern landscapes, a rich and welcoming Inuit culture, and a unique and authentic way of life. #J-18808-Ljbffr
