Head of Specialty ServicesWe are looking for an experienced senior manager to lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of a centralized organization that supports our largest clients, service teams, and implementation teams.ResponsibilitiesOversee the overall operation of the Specialty Services group, including implementation of new business and all service delivery aspects, and act as the escalation point for service or implementation issues.Direct identification, analysis, and development of business cases for new business opportunities and service model optimization.Create a high-performing team setting that supports associate accountability, development, and retention; coach and develop leaders.Provide direct leadership to approximately 300 associates globally across production, quality, and service of specialty products.Identify opportunities for continuous business improvement and ensure they are addressed appropriately.Develop the annual budget, including headcount plan, productivity goals, and other expenses.Approve expenditures within established guidelines and control expenses.Set and communicate strategic goals for the group; develop tactical plans; engage leadership and communicate the service vision.Perform other related duties such as participation on business councils, strategic initiatives, acquisitions, alliances, and stretch assignments.Requirements7–10+ years of senior management experience.Excellent planning, organizing,
