You will lead multi‐discipline field teams and drive progress, accountability, and disciplined execution across all phases of construction. You will ensure construction activities are executed in alignment with project objectives, Suncor's Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS), Safe Work Practices, and stage‐gate project delivery requirements, while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
