The ideal candidate will have the ability to repair, troubleshoot, and install machinery and equipment using various tools and equipment. Proficiency in reading repair documents, manuals, blueprints, and schematic drawings to determine work procedures is essential. Additionally, the successful individual should be capable of tracking work and managing backup roll bearing maintenance and repairs using our maintenance management system.Work in a safe and environmentally responsible mannerWork in support of the Vision, Mission, and ObjectivesTroubleshooting and maintenance of plant equipmentKeep accurate and legible records and maintain a clean and safe work areaPerform all work in a safe manner by strictly following all safety proceduresAccountable for making improvements or corrections in line with the performance measures relative to the goals of the plant operationsRoutine and preventative maintenance on equipmentRequirementsQualified as a Journeyman Level MillwrightExperience using all sizes of air impact, pipe fitting tools and equipment, hoists, cutting torches, and welding equipment4 years of experience in Heavy Industrial Plant Maintenance,
