building a culture of accountability and high performance.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, equipment, and labour resources to optimize project execution.Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to proactively manage risks and identify opportunities.Support project planning, estimating, and constructability reviews.Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.What You BringMinimum 8-10 years of experience as a Superintendent in industrial construction.Proven ability to lead large crews and manage multiple project priorities simultaneously.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, labour planning, contract administration, and industrial safety standards.Experience in sectors such as Ports & Terminals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Bulk Material Handling, Power Generation, and Pulp & Paper.Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem‐solving skills.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and project management software.Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation.Skills That Set You ApartHigh ethical standards and sound judgmentStrong leadership presence with the ability to inspire teamsProactive, collaborative, and results‐driven mindsetExceptional planning and organizational abilitiesStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailAbility to mentor, coach, and develop field personnelCommitment to continuous improvement and operational excellenceSalaryThe actual salary offered to the successful candidate will be determined based on job‐related factors, including relevant experience, years of experience,
