We are partnering with one our clients to appoint a Managing Director to oversee a large and complex account within a financial services environment in Montreal. This role carries full accountability for the performance of the account, including client relationship management, profitability, service delivery, and team leadership. The successful candidate will operate as the senior leader on the account. You will be responsible for project management, capital planning, & operational excellence.Key responsibilities:Full P and L ownership. Drive profitability through operational efficiencies, process improvement, and strategic planning.Lead capital planning initiatives and ensure alignment with client objectivesAct as the primary point of contact for senior and executive level stakeholdersBuild and maintain long term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trustIdentify opportunities for account growth and expansion of servicesOversee all aspects of service delivery, ensuring contractual obligations and performance metrics are achievedDrive continuous improvement initiatives across operations, technology, and processesEnsure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standardsLead, develop and mentor a team of 40 plus professionals across multiple functionsFoster a high performance culture focused on accountability,
