Sephora Canada is seeking a Talent and Business Operations Manager to lead store operations and the people function. You will oversee staffing, onboarding of Beauty Advisors, scheduling, and ensure Sephora’s operational standards are consistently met, reporting to the Store Director and collaborating with the Client Experience and Beauty Services Managers.
You will also manage a team that includes Department Leads and Beauty Advisors.
