About the OpportunityA Calgary general contractor with a healthy pipeline of ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) work is hiring, and they're open on level. Come in as a Project Manager or a Senior Project Manager, depending on what you bring to the table.They'd rather find the right person and build the title around them than force-fit a fixed job description.Duties include but are not limited to:Lead assigned ICI projects from preconstruction through close-outBuild, manage, and defend project budgets, schedules, and procurement plansDirect site teams, including Superintendents and Coordinators, toward successful deliveryOwn the client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships on your projectsDraft and negotiate contracts, change orders, and subcontractsSpot and resolve risk before it derails the schedule or budgetReport on project status and financial performanceAbout YouThe successful candidate will have the following:5-10+ years of ICI project management experience; level is negotiable based on your backgroundDemonstrated ownership of budgets, schedules,



and subcontractor relationshipsConfident negotiator and communicatorConstruction Management, Engineering, or related credentialGold Seal certification is a plus, not a requirementAbout the JobThis is a permanent position with a base salary in the $115,000 to $160,000 range, scaled to the level you come in at, plus benefits and real room to grow.Please note that all candidates must be legally permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this role.We truly appreciate your interest in this chance.
