In this role, you will be responsible for commissioning, programming, diagnosing HVAC controls for air conditioning and/or chiller systems in buildings.Primary Duties And Responsibilities Utilize advanced analytics and artificial intelligence systems to optimize buildings. Responsible for servicing assigned equipment and projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. Use hand tools and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to diagnose and perform repairs. Analyze, diagnose, and repair customer systems and equipment. Perform preventive maintenance, site reconnaissance, replacements, and modifications as needed or requested by customers. Prior to work and repairs on-site, review equipment layout, anticipate difficulties, gather necessary materials, and coordinate work as needed.
