Transformation Workforce Modernization GTM Leader (Senior Principal)Location: TorontoOverviewAt Slalom, personal connection meets global scale. We help organizations redefine what's possible, shape the future, and get there.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry annual revenue responsibility of approximately $2M–$4M+, driving growth through client expansion and new business developmentLead and grow Workforce Modernization/Transformation-focused accounts, developing strategies that connect business objectives to execution across people, process, and technologyScope, shape, and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives across workforce transformation, technology enablement, operating model design and process optimizationServe as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, particularly in complex, politically dynamic environmentsBring a clear point of view on AI and the future of work, helping clients understand how AI changes roles, processes, and organizational structuresIdentify, shape, and close consulting opportunities in partnership with industry leaders, capability teams, and alliancesLead pursuits, proposals, and client presentations; own deals from origination through executionProvide executive oversight to ensure delivery excellence, measurable outcomes, and client satisfactionMaintain an individual utilization target of approximately 60%, while balancing sales, delivery, and leadership responsibilitiesBuild strong internal networks across Slalom capabilities, bringing integrated solutions to clientsRepresent Slalom through thought leadership, client events, and industry engagementSupport recruiting, mentoring, and development of team members within the Transformation capabilityQualificationsCore Requirement:



Workforce ModernizationDemonstrated experience scoping and leading multiple large-scale workforce transformations in complex organizationsStrong systems thinking, with the ability to connect strategy, operating model, process, technology, and human behaviorDeep understanding of how transformation happens end-to-end—not just change managementIntersection of Process, Behavior, and TechnologyAbility to operate at the intersection of business process design and optimization; organizational behaviorand change; technology and digital enablementExperience delivering integrated solutions across these dimensions—not in silosAI Perspective & Future of WorkA clear, informed point of view on AI and its impact on the workforceExperience helping organizations move beyond AI experimentation to real operational impact and adoptionConsulting & Business DevelopmentSignificant experience in a management consulting, technology consulting, or skilled services environmentProven ability to sell, scope, and deliver consulting work, including executive-level relationship buildingExperience working across both consulting and industry environments preferredLeadership & Executive CapabilitySenior Principal level leadership experience,



including owning revenue responsibilities (~$2.5M+)Influencing enterprise-wide agendas and cross-functional stakeholdersStrong executive presence with ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and competing prioritiesProven track record of building trust in challenging client environmentsRelationship & Influence SkillsHighly effective relationship builder across clients, partners, and internal teamsAbility to operate in matrixed organizations, bridging capabilities and aligning stakeholdersStrong political savvy and influencing skills, particularly in large, complex enterprisesHybrid/OfficeWe are hybrid but there are expectations that if your team leader or client requires you onsite you can meet those expectations. This role can be located in Toronto.TravelThis role may require travel to client sites and Slalom offices both within Canada and the United States.
