You'll work alongside collaborative, dynamic, and innovative teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our bids, ensuring alignment with client needs and driving the On-Corridor Works project forward. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Legal, Finance, Tax, Insurance), lead bid preparation in line with our signalling and solutions strategy, and oversee the tender process from start to finish.You'll specifically take care of defining bid operational strategies and coordinating cross-functional efforts, but also contribute to customer negotiations and ensure compliance with Alstom's bid governance processes.We'll look to you for:Managing bid preparation in alignment with the signalling and solutions strategyAnalyzing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and defining bid operational strategiesProposing project contractual organizations, partnership strategies, and external system purchasesCommitting to quality, cost, delivery, and performance (QCDP) targetsCoordinating with Legal, Finance, Tax,



and Insurance to deliver optimized pricing and cash flowIdentifying and analyzing risks and savings opportunitiesEnsuring adherence to Alstom's bid processes and obtaining leadership validationEvaluating and controlling tender budgetsFollowing customer negotiations and adapting offers based on evolving requirementsIssuing Tender Transfer Meetings (TTM) and contributing to continuous improvement through feedbackAll About YouWe value passion and attitude over experience.
