Senior Analysts joining the CCE Structured Finance team have the prospect to learn new skills, gain deep exposure to multiple facets of a growing industry, rapidly develop their career, and earn highly competitive pay.The Senior Analyst will report to the Director, Structured Finance and support the group through functions including:Perform asset valuation for Solar, storage, and natural gas/firm generation projects, including expected project value and forecasted capital sources iSupport the maintenance of the financial models for Cypress Creek project financing transactions, including engaging with internal and external parties to identify proper model inputs and assumptions, incorporate new types of debt or tax equity structures, run sensitivity analyses to determine optimal project scenarios, etc.Provide transaction and due diligence support for project financings and asset acquisitions & salesConduct valuation and investment analysis for the firm's Financial Sponsors and Board of DirectorsCollaborate with other Cypress Creek teams, including engineering, development, and O&M, to develop a valuation thesis for all key marketsRequirementsBA/BS degree (MBAs welcome)At least three years of Excel-based financial modeling experience,
