The ideal candidate will bring a nursing degree and four years of community experience to the PACT II Leila team. You'll provide case management services, coordinate medical treatments, and deliver psychosocial rehabilitation within an interdisciplinary setting. Your expertise will be key in supporting individuals who navigate challenges associated with responsible mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide case management services to program participants
• Administer medications and educate families on treatment
• Coordinate medical services and support within PACT




• Assess and develop treatment plans for individuals
• Deliver after-hours crisis support as needed
Requirements:
• Nursing degree required (BScMH, BN, RPN, RN)
• Registration with College of Nurses of Manitoba
• Four years of community experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of mental health treatment principles
• Valid driver's license and vehicle required
