Make a difference at Enviros as a Youth and Family Support Practitioner, guiding youth in the Passages Program. Work from Friday to Monday while making an impact in their lives.
In this role, you will provide essential supervision and direct care to youth aged 13-17 in a residential setting. The Passages program emphasizes personal development and aims to assist youth in their transition back to family or suitable placements. You will work closely with a cooperative team to implement individualized treatment plans over a 6-12 month stay.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise youth in daily program activities
• Assist with household routines and facility care
• Directly engage youth through diverse programs
• Maintain up-to-date case management documentation
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Human Services is essential
• Experience with youth in group living settings
• Familiarity with trauma-informed practices required
• Valid CPR C and Standard First Aid certifications needed
• Clean driving record with a Class 5 license
