About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Corporate Finance to join their energetic team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Finance team, responsible for managing the company's cash flow, liquidity, risk management, and management reporting. This role involves close partnership with key stakeholders, owning the annual operating plan, and leading the monthly and board reporting processes. The Head of Corporate Finance will also be a central figure in treasury and risk management, including the design and administration of the corporate insurance program. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a CPA or MBA certification strongly preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or risk roles. Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills are essential,



as is the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
