Reddit is on the lookout for a Senior Client Account Manager to join our Large Customer Sales team in Canada. This role involves collaborating with Client Partners to oversee the execution of campaigns and foster growth for both agencies and advertisers utilizing our platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients achieve their marketing objectives while maximizing their return on investment.

What you'll do

- Collaborate closely with Client Partners to meet and exceed marketing objectives for your assigned accounts.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing advertisers and agencies to drive annual revenue growth.
- Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from launch to execution, while providing strategies for optimization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for account operations, managing revenue streams and resolving any issues that arise.
- Educate brands and agencies on best practices for advertising on Reddit and highlight the unique value of our platform.
- Guide clients in setting direct response and brand awareness goals, while assisting in the development of effective media plans.
- Work in tandem with the Ad Operations team to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Analyze campaign performance data, market trends, and audience insights to deliver recommendations focused on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Advocate for client needs and feedback to internal teams to enhance service delivery and product offerings.
- Contribute to the evolution of the native ads product roadmap by providing insights based on client feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements

- A minimum of 7 to 12 years of experience in account management or advertising sales is essential.




- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
- A solid understanding of the traditional marketing landscape and the customer marketing funnel is necessary.
- Proven expertise in managing direct response and performance-driven campaigns is crucial.
- Familiarity with digital tracking, measurement techniques, and mobile measurement partners is expected.
- Robust analytical skills to interpret data and assess various factors in complex situations are vital.
- Experience in building and sustaining professional relationships with external stakeholders is important.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Proficiency in Excel is necessary for data analysis and reporting.

- Experience with performance marketing analytics tools is beneficial.
- Familiarity with various digital tracking and measurement platforms is a plus.
