Premier Aviation is a leading full-service provider of airframe heavy maintenance. We are certified to maintain various aircraft types, including ATR, De Havilland, and Embraer.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that reports, logs, and documents comply with Canadian aviation regulations, internal policies and procedures, and client requirements.
- Serve as a resource for the interpretation of regulations, the MPM, and maintenance requirements by providing clear explanations to the appropriate teams.
- Conduct internal audits related to maintenance procedures and operational safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to support quality and compliance objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a certified aircraft maintenance technician, E, M, or S.
- Auditor training or experience in quality assurance is an asset.
- Knowledge of Canadian aviation standards and regulations.
- Very positive command of English, due to regular interactions with employees and customers.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Good judgment and ability to think quickly.
- Team player.
