What you'll do
- Formulate and promote product strategies and visions throughout client engagements, motivating internal teams to achieve these objectives.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and various research methodologies to enhance product requirements and features.
- Lead product planning and roadmap development, ensuring alignment and support from executive stakeholders.
- Compose, evaluate, and present detailed product requirements documents, making certain that all essential specifications are accurately captured and communicated.
- Coordinate product launches and prioritize tasks to ensure alignment with business value expectations.
- Develop recommendations for tracking product usage and its impact on end users, leveraging a range of analytics tools.
- Guarantee that product requirements are met, issues are resolved, and readiness for launch is thoroughly evaluated.
- Continuously suggest improvements to the product vision based on insights and data analysis.
- Contribute to the team's success by understanding both business and customer value,
applying consultative skills to further the product vision.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and third-party vendors to facilitate successful project outcomes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to identify critical projects and initiatives that drive desired business results.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a proven track record of managing expectations effectively.
- Proficient in conveying both technical and non-technical information, capable of simplifying complex concepts for varied audiences.
- Experienced in managing stakeholder relationships and skilled at engaging with diverse groups.
- Familiar with backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmapping, with the ability to organize workshops to achieve consensus on solutions.
- Knowledgeable in Sports & Entertainment design, as well as processes related to HTML and Next.js.
- Competent in developing and reviewing accessibility requirements, particularly in accordance with WCAG 2.2, and experienced with accessibility assessment tools.
- A creative leader and collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to evaluate and discern viable ideas.
- Proven experience in a consulting capacity within an agency, consultancy, or professional services environment,
with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Familiarity with Contentful as a headless CMS for website management is a plus.
- Skilled at deconstructing complex issues into manageable components.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and adept at clarifying conflicting information in quick-paced environments.
- A portfolio showcasing digital products you have managed, highlighting their value to users.
- At least 7 years of experience in Product Management or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
- Knowledge of data analytics and user research techniques.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Understanding of emerging technologies in the digital landscape.
Skills & tools
- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Familiar with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
- Strong understanding of design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of programming languages relevant to web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
